i had NO idea when i went to open the game for the anaheim ducks and colorado avalanche that our OLYMPIC HOCKEY TEAM was going to be in attendance for a special presentation of all the medals they won. it was amazing!

here’s the show i performed in last saturday night. i performed IF I SAID HOWDY TO YOU for the first time ever live and did it acoustically. i also did AMAZING GRACE! i was accompanied by the most awesome peter waldman on guitar.
i was asked to join a great line-up tonight for “the 4th Annual Red Carpet Jam!” i’m performing IF I SAID HOWDY TO YOU for the first time along with one of my favorites, AMAZING GRACE. both will be done acoustically, thanks to the extraordinarily talented peter waldman on guitar.
also next week i am headed back to the honda center to sing the national anthem again for the awesome anaheim ducks! they’re beating i mean, playing the colorado avalanche.
so hopefully there will be a few new videos showing up here in the gallery!

i am SO EXCITED! and so THANKFUL!
i’m headed back to the Honda Center on 3/3/10! the anaheim ducks have kindly asked me back to sing the national anthem at an upcoming game against the colorado avalanche! i’ll post more details on what channel when it gets closer.
i’ve been busy working on a few new songs…and not the ones i thought i’d be recording next! we’ll see which ones wins.
aside from I’M MORE TRASH THAN WHITE… there’s the new tune called LIES…about a girl who is lied to for the last time. anyone relate to that?!
the other tune i just wrote is called FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME about what a first date feels like…from the nerves and butterflies, to the doorbell ringing…to when you let yourself have a little fun. and can anyone relate to THAT?!

howdy all!
well…i should be in park city, utah right about now. however…i’m not. i’m in CEDAR city, utah where there is one of the worst snowstorms i’ve ever been in. good times. thank GOD for hampton’s inn and open rooms. it’s going to be another five hours before we pull into park city tomo for our three days of nonstop meet and greets.
i’ve been thanking God an awful lot today! for snow boots, a great driver in my friend danielle, for tyler at the hamptons inn and the big trucker who led us to safety!
that said, friday night my tv movie, the nanny express will be airing on hallmark channel. check your local listing for the exact time but it’s at night…probably at 8pm. 6pm for west coasters.
IF I SAID HOWDY TO YOU has been added to so many great stations in the last ten days. i’ll be blogging about all of them soon and giving you a long list of stations where you can listen in. feel free to call and request HOWDY wherever you hear country music!
